  • Drop off and pick up
    We will speak to you to ask for your outbound and return flight numbers and times and will then suggest the best time to pick you up to ensure that you have a stress free journey to the airport / port. We are very familiar with all of the major airports and will drop you off as close as we can to the departures area On pick up we will monitor your flight to ensure that we are there to meet you when you exit the arrivals area or at an agreed designated meeting area.     Our Mission at Luxury Airport Cars is to provide a reliable, friendly and affordable luxury transport service from the south coast of the UK to primarily the main UK airports and ferry terminals.
  • Payment
    We will request for payment on the date of your journey. For advance bookings over three months in the future, and that are over £200 we will require a 25% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Preferred payment is via debit or credit card which can be taken by the driver on the day. We use the iZettle platform for all payments.   • Our cars and drivers
    All of our cars are certified and licences for private hire transport and fully insured including public liability insurance. Our drivers are also fully certified and approved transfer drivers. Please feel free to ask to see the drivers identification if required.
